What to bring to the class?
Bring higher socks or knee-high socks depending on the boot size that fits you. You can also bring your own dumbbells to make the workout even more effective. You will need a drink and a towel! You can also bring your own mat – we will be doing floor exercises and stretching (we have a few available).
And please, if you cannot attend, let us know as soon as possible! Cancellation policy applies – if you cancel on the same day after 12:00, you pay the full price for the class. There are substitutes waiting. You can cancel in the system up to 24 hours in advance; if cancelling later, write to me and I will cancel you, or inform the group. Thank you!
