Are jumping boots suitable for complete beginners?
Yes, jumping boots can really be tried by anyone, even if you are not very physically skilled. Everyone quickly grows to like them regardless of age or weight, and children especially fall in love with them right away. We also adapt our classes for new “jumpers,” starting with a slower warm-up, then basic steps, and gradually adding simple routines that you can manage already in your first class. So there is nothing to worry about, and you will see noticeable progress with each lesson. Check out our video gallery and you can jump along with us.
Can I rent boots for the class if I don’t have my own?
Yes, we have plenty of boots in various sizes (from children’s size 30 up to adult size 48). However, it is recommended to reserve the boots in advance so we can prepare them for you and ensure availability. Don’t forget to bring higher socks or knee-high socks (we recommend compression socks), as well as a towel, water, and an exercise mat (we also have a few mats available).
Are jumping boots suitable if I am overweight? What is the maximum weight?
Yes, they are also suitable for higher weight categories (please report weight over 85 kg in advance); for classes we have boots adapted for higher load up to approx. 110 kg. For KJ XR3 jumping boots, the load capacity can be increased using stiffer shells or springs. Above 85 kg we recommend replacing the shells with stiffer ones (for adjustments when purchasing new boots, contact us in advance and we will customize them for you). We also offer KJ PRO jumping boots designed for weights up to 135 kg.
Are jumping boots suitable if I am recovering from an injury or have mobility issues?
Kangoo Jumps were originally invented as a rehabilitation aid specifically for people recovering from injuries to support faster recovery and rebuilding muscle mass. Because the boot suspension absorbs up to 80% of impact, movement is softer and more springy, reducing strain on the musculoskeletal system. However, everyone is different, so it is important to be cautious and try the boots first. We have very positive feedback from clients with various pains or after knee or back surgeries, who finally found a sport they can do without difficulty. If you have had any serious injury or are dealing with back pain, etc., please always inform the instructor in advance.
Can I attend a class without a reservation?
Reservation is required via SMS or WhatsApp at 777009992, by email at info@kangoo-jumping.cz, or through our booking system so we can prepare the boots according to your needs (always provide your regular shoe size and approximate weight).
Is it possible to try, rent, and then purchase the boots?
You can use our jumping boots rental service, where we will lend you the boots for a day or a week (or longer) against a refundable deposit – with the option to ship them anywhere via parcel service, or you can come and try them during our regular classes in the Ústí region or at selected partner studios across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The refundable deposit can then be used as a partial payment for new boots from our e-shop.
I want to buy/rent jumping boots, which size should I choose?

What is the difference between types and colors of jumping boots in the e-shop?
