What all for exercise?

Bring taller socks or knee socks according to the size of the shoes that fit you. You can take your own dumbbells in your hand to make the exercise even more effective, drinks and a towel will be needed! Feel free to bring your own mats, we will be working out and stretching on the floor (we have a few available).

AND PLEASE, IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT, POST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! ATTENTION rule applies, if you check out that day after 12 pm you pay full payment for the exercise), waiting for a replacement. In the system you can also cancel yourself up to 24 hours in advance, so if you are checking out that day or the day before, email me and I will cancel you or let me know here in the group. THANKS!!
